Turned up early, diagnosed the issue really quickly and fixed it within half an hour - something that RAC recovery were incapable of doing. He was really friendly and explained to me what the issue was and what he'd done to fix it. He road tested my car to make sure it was running okay and all for £100! Really impressed and would absolutely use the service again, the booking process was really easy. 10/10 service
