Perfect. Fast and professional. Bang on time and very efficient. Explained what was wrong and fixed it quickly

It seems to me like the only thing the mechanic was interested in was charging me for absolutely nothing.
The mechanic accepted the job on a Friday at 22:23 and scheduled to be pick up the next day on a Saturday at 12:00 less than 24 hr notice. I ask for the time to be changed in the morning of the Saturday as soon as I saw the booking. Straight away the mechanic cancelled the job completely and charged me £20 for doing absolutely nothing.
I would avoid this definitely avoid this guy and don't even use clickmechanic because they are not helpful at all.

He was amazing, quick prompt and efficient.

Excellent job done by JM MOTOR Lancaster. Front brake pads replaced in less than an hour. Arrived on time, the mechanic was polite and respectful of me and my vehicle.
