Zak was very polite, and efficient, although outside of the pick up times. Don't want to make a big deal of that, so all in all a job well done.

Zac was very professional, he let me know when the vehicle would be collected, which all went to plan. He identified that the brake discs needed replacing (which I thought might be the case) gave me a quote and had it done the same time. The vehicle was back to me at the end of the day at the agreed time by a very nice & polite lady.
