I can assure you that the work we carry out is completed to a high standard, and as professionals we can sometimes carry out jobs faster than the industry standard, particularly if the vehicle we are servicing is in good condition. I'm confused that being quick would be seen as a negative aspect, but I assure you the work is not rushed.
I wasn't aware that Shane was late for his appointment, could you please let me know what time he arrived so that I can look further into the punctuality issue.
Lastly, in terms of communication, were there any aspects in particular you were unhappy with or do you have any unanswered questions that I can help with?
