7 days after repair car has exploded with black smoke most likely pipe was not fitted correctly.

Gobin was perfect, he got in touch with me the day before to say when he was coming out, he then called me on the morning to say he would be with me in half an hour and was exactly on time. It was only and inspection which is why i have rated the quality at only three stars as no repair work was carried out due to the cost exceeding the vehicle value. He explained everything in great detail and knowledge and also showed me the issues. Gobin seems to be an excellent mechanic who appears to have the right equipment and knowledge. Very friendly and polite.

Gobin was excellent. Very friendly and punctual. Even tho he couldnt fix my fault as parts were needed he still tried everything he could first.

Gobin's communications were excellent, he kept me informed at every stage of the process. He was punctual, efficient and friendly and provided good service. The price was a little lower than I'd been quoted by a local garage, and having the work done by a mobile mechanic meant I didn't have to waste time dropping off and picking up my car. The next day service was also a plus, as all the other places I'd tried were booked up til the following week. All I all very happy :)

Gobin was fantastic, he arrived at exactly the time he initially said, he did a thorough check on the car to find out exactly what the problem was before we ordered any parts and in fact saved us from spending money on a part we did not need. I would recommend him to anyone as he is very polite and explains very clearly what the fault is.
