Mechanic looked OK but he refused to change headlight bulb as some electrical issues my car had. same day I went to petrol station, got the bulb and changed it myself. Also noticed that he removed air filter and forgot to screw it back. It was just hanging there with no pipes attached. He suggested me to do some expensive diagnostics relating electonics "issue" and to fix break leaver. I told him that I am fixing break leaver with a manufacture garage and I do not need it fixed by him. Later got a big quote for next appointment. Sorry but no.

Customer wanted headlamp bulb replacing there were clear signs it had been attempted before as there was a broken wire. I refused to replace as I suggested first fix wiring as it's dangerous in current state.
I would always recommend have job done properly but in this case customer preferred 'cow boy style' repair....

Volkswagen Golf Car Won't Start Inspection

Knowledgeable and experienced. Knew my con rods weren't bent (which I've finally had verified at a garage) just by 'feel' while he hand-cranked the engine.

Customer thought I was just making it up because he said all garages said 'engine has to be overhauled'
I don't like showing off but can now diagnose many faults just by listening, feeling or looking without having to remove things.

Pulley nut was previously over tightened, and had been attempted to be removed previously too bit with no success. I understand the customer was not happy to hear he had just been charged for a cam belt replacement from his local garage even Though it was never replaced as clearly a pulley that had to be removed was clearly untouched....

He was very polite I will deffinately be using click Mechanic again and also letting me friends know to use this company. 10 out of 10 well done.

Was 8th March 2018 I am based in Huddersfield woke up in morning to find was about a foot deep of snow out side! As you can imagine traffic goes ballistic when there's unexpected snow. Also had to source parts that morning too.
