Maz was very good. Changed the car battery in minimal time and explained what he was doing well. However the slot was 10.30-12.30 and it was after 2pm when he showed up.

Skoda Octavia Incorrectly quoted

He hadn't looked into what needed to be done and didn't come prepared to do the work. Although it was a two hour slot he had only provided himself 30 minutes and the requoted saying it will take 2 hours and 5 minutes going into another slot by 5 minutes. A garage did the work in 30 minutes and cost less than the new quote.
Reply from Maz:
This customer tried to cheat the system by stating it's the version that takes 0.9 hour when in fact it was the engine code that's over 2 hours job. Still does not appreciate I did not charge a call out fee...he says I came un prepared, I showed him on my skoda software what the job encounters and that I did not have enough time as I had genuine customers to help...
