Maz was punctual and helpful. Very pleased.

Used Maz for a pre-purchase inspection as the car was 120 miles away. He rang to let me know when he would be at the dealer so I could let them know. Very knowledgeable and honest with his opinion. As the vehicle was an older model he also advised on possible future issues for the particular make and model. If all ClickMechanics are to his standard then I will definitely use the service for mechanical work.

Maz is a knowledgeable mechanic and very helpful.

The mechanic turned up on time and was easy to speak to afterward over the phone. However, when I went up to purchase the car the next day there were a number of problems.

1. The dimmed lights weren't working.
2. The indicators weren't working.
3. The alternator belt was slipping.
4. The internal lights weren't working for any gauges.
5. The fog lights also wern't working.

Considering I paid for a premium vehicle inspection I am not particularly happy with the service. Surely this would have all come up on the 8 mile test drive even if he didn't do it while it was stationary.

The report was sent to me the same day and the mechanic called on his was back from the job. If I had know there were numerous electrical faults with the car I wouldn't have bothered with the 9 hour round trip.

Maz is a good mechanic explains what work he will be doing.Max has done work on my car previously through Klick Mechanic and I was happy with the results.
