The service from start to completion was first rate. After an astronomical quote for replacement brakes from Kwik-Fit for £300, I stumbled across clickMechanic purely by mike whilst trying to find out how much the parts cost. They quoted £188 for both front discs, pads and labour.
From now on this will be the first service that I go to. Maz was fantastic and having the brakes replaced on my drive made my life as a busy working mum so much easier. It's convenient, competitive and the perfect alternative to costly 'well known' garages, who in my experience lie and try and cheat hard-working people. When I challenged the Kwik-Fit quote they admitted that their quote was pricier than Ford and that they were willing to reduce their initial quote.
