Maz, the mechanic, was really polite, friendly & helpful. He explained what he was doing and looking for (i had booked a diagnosis for overheating issues) and quickly found the cause of the problems - in my case a radiator leaking under pressure.
He seemed very knowledgeable and explained exactly what needed doing to solve the problem, and even gave a rough idea of what the work should cost. I would definitely use both him & clickmechanic again.

Golf plus mk5 major service. Maz was running late from a previous job but text me to let me know when he would arrive. He then got straight on with the service. When he'd finished he explained what he had done. Beats dropping car off and arranging a courtesy car at an extra cost. Will definetly be using again.

Excellent mechanic. Very trustworthy and showed me issues so i could see for myself.

After getting a price for the work at £272.96 I was unhappy when the fitter asked for an extra £20.00 saying that this was to do with a surcharge because it was a Genuine water pump when the quote was for a genuine water pump in the first place I find that a bit strange !!!!

Maz was great very helpful was only with me an hour did an excellent job very well appreciated I'd recommend anyone to use click mechanic thanks very much will be using you again
