After confirming appointment for 12-1, then got a call from mechanic at 1.30 saying they would be another 1hr but intact did not turn up till 4. Which was very frustrating but did diagnose and was very helpful and informative.

Service needs to be better structured towards service cost and maintaining warranty. I am still unsure whether my cars warranty has been maintained by using your service. Also a list of service tasks would be helpful to prove quality of service.
Although your mechanic was very good in future for the £40 extra I would take my car to main dealer for peace of mind when the car is still under warranty.

Overpriced. Get told one price and got charged another. No worked carried out for 51.00. Very poor service and I won't be using these anymore. Was offered a quote at half the cost by our local mobile mechanic. Advice to other get a quote from others before commuting to click mechanic.
