This is my first time using click mechanic and I needed a pre purchase inspection. Maz confirmed the booking within an hour and he went out the next day and did the premium inspection. His communication via the messaging and phone was great and I felt re-assured and he answered any additional questions. He even contact the seller and arranged it all. After the inspection I received a call confirming the outcome and the digital report and pictures were uploaded. I was given peace of mind and could confidently complete the purchase of the vehicle. I would be happy to use Maz again in future.

I asked for the VIN to be checked in three places and the inspector failed to communicate the vin number of the vehicle. I understand that this was outside of scope, but prior to the check of the vehicle you confirmed that this will get done, without a problem. Now I don't know if the car is cloned or not, at least based on a basic independent check so I am back to square one having wasted £130 and a day of my life.
