I explained on the phone that I had an electrical fault, which required an auto electrician. Duncan was punctual and helpful, but could tell me no more than I knew already ie that it was an electrical fault and I needed an auto electrician. This issue was down to the person taking my booking and not Duncan.

Duncan's a top notch guy who shown a great deal of professionalism and knowledge in pinning down the problem with my car.
