Duncan has now helped me on two occasions, both times he was professional,helpful and adept in his work. I would definitely recommend Duncan every time. Well satisfied!!

Duncan was great I wasn’t in but my boy was and he called me back for what he could find but couldn’t do the job at the house but he did offer to get it to his garage or pass on a bmw specialist he knows so couldn’t ask for a nicer genuine guy not like a lot that are out to rip you off so cheers Duncan 👍🏻

Duncan was great - called in advance to confirm what time he would be arriving and answered all my (many) questions thoroughly. Helpful, professional and friendly, and communicated everything clearly.

Duncan was friendly and communicated everything very clearly. I'm not a mechanic so I can't convent I the quality of the work but I was impressed with him generally and given the age of my car was pleasantly surprised by the overall bill.

The only negative I have, which is nothing to do with Duncan, is the distance his garage is from my house. The pickup and return service is very important to me but perhaps you could look at the range. I think Duncan was almost 30 miles away. It's not great for the environment or my car for it to be driven 60 miles for an MOT and service.
