Jay is a nice guy and friendly- work seems to have been carried out successfully. He was a little later than expected and I had to call him to find out when he would arrive. It would have been nice to know that he was running late - his time slot was 8.00 - 10.00 and I called him around 10.15. He did however arrive within 10 minutes of my call. So I guess that wasn't too bad.
