Jay was fantastic, explained everything

Jay arrived promptly, carried out the service and MOT efficiently and returned the car very quickly with the work completed and the relevant documents given.

Jay was helpful with the limited actions that he could carry out for me. I experienced a symptom with my car that I had never experienced before and if I had I would not have needed to call anyone out. It was one of those cases of you learn from experience.

Jay checked and immediately knew the problem. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Excellent job and I am very satisfied.

I am completely appalled . Wrong pars were brought, I am now being charged for no work done and my car is still broken

JAY arrived in the time i selected, however was restricted as he had done something to his neck that morning. He did diagnose what he thought was the problem with the vehicle. However was not able to do anything as it was the auto transmission and in his words clogged up with bookings. Click mechanic could not fullfil my first request of a booking but did at the second request.
