Slightly oddly, two guys turned up. The older one was the mechanic, but appeared to speak little English. The younger one (son?) acted as interpreter. Ultimately not a problem as they did what appears to be a good job and were both were friendly. I am happy with the outcome.

Arrived early. Kept informed of any issues. Returned car in timely manor. Brakes replaced all round and hand brake shoes too.

Collected promptly. Friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything well.

Andrew sorted out the necessary extras for the service and mot, letting me know the vehicle would be slightly delayed in returning.
