Fantastic work, first garage I've been to that I dont feel like I've been ripped off.

Great job no fuss at all, garage picked up my car and returned within 2/3 hours.

I had very little interaction with the mechanic, so I can't know if he was knowledgeable. It was a major service. So I have to assume it was done to specification.

The report I received by email was not filled out, with any comments.

Work was fine but communication was very poor and the bill at the end was extortionate

Call to say they are on the way to collect . Arrived within the time they said . The man collecting the car was very polite . Car serviced and MOT’d and returned in a prompt time and manner . Excellent garage and service . And took the stress away from having to wait around or arrange a lift back and forth .

Picked up on time, dropped off early, completed two days earlier than expected. Car feels a million times better (clutch repair) - perfect!

Booked for Saturday clutch repair , got email to say if they could pick car up on Thursday, which was not a problem. Car picked up Thursday evening , when I inquired when ready got email saying Friday or early Saturday.
Waited all day Saturday then call them 1.30pm they said they waiting for a driver should be by 4pm, still no delivery, called again after 4pm they said should be by 45min, got car back 5pm.
NO COMMUNICATION OF HOW REPAIR WENT. ( REPAIR SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN DONE)

City were very helpful. Hadn’t heard of them before. Came before the day booked as just needed a jump start. Texted to let me know on the way. Such a nice chap, friendly, kind and helpful.

Very happy with the service and the work carried out. Really pleased with the kind actions and knowledge.
