mechanic called to inform me he was running late that was good
informed me to sort oil problem out sooner rather than later resolved now took it to garage
on the report which i got once he left it said wipers good but he verbally said they where squeakie not reflective on written report

Arrived on time and car returned same day. Happy with the work completed. Would happily use again.

I thought the mechanic was great gave me a full run down of any issues and went beyond to carry out appointment after problem contacting the vehicle owner

I have no complaints about the mot and service, however I put in the notes when booking it in that my engine warning light was on and asked for a quote. I repeated this to the person who collected my car. To my surprise my car was dropped back off to me with no quote provided and when I asked I was told the garage were too busy and weren't going to do the work. Disappointed nobody contacted me to say this at any point when I had specifically asked. I also booked collection for between 10 and 12, I got back home shortly after 9.30 to find them already waiting - it didn't turn out to be a problem, but was worried they would have left before I got back due to arriving outside the booked window.

Superb the guy that came out originally come out time and tried to start the car, he couldn't so explained what it could be and arranged recovery quickly which turned up when he said it would, even 15 minutes earlier. Work done in a very good amount of time and excellent communication throughout. Will be using the service again.
