Previous mechanic from a garage first set up dpf sensor in wrong way and told me right away it won't work because it does need a chemical cleaning what sounded odd, because just a few days earlier i had 48%. My dpf light on and engine went crazy after adapting the sensor.

Then Brett came! <3 Dpf stated 154%!! He found a reason of the issue very quick before done the regen, adapted sensor correctly, acutal percentage was 70% and it didn't need a regen at all or CHEMICAL CLEANING, just advised to go for a ride. He also gave me few tips and charged me less as it was just sensor adaptation. Can't thank him enough, I was really fed up earlier by other garage!.

He seems urge to leave today after he had done the headlamp alignment and did not turn on the headlamp to show the customer the result. I have something to ask about the lamp beside the headlamp is that missing the bulb and he told me to ask Halford.

Did the job I asked for, was a pleasant guy, thought I may have been given some kind of report from diagnostic, other than just gearbox fail on an email.

Bret arrived on time knew exactly what the problem might be found the problem within 10 minutes sorted it car run good again excellent. 👍
