Having been let down by a previous click mechanic garage I was slightly worried about using CM again. I had absolutely no reason to worry tho... the experience with this new garage has been fantastic. So much so I would consider switching from our regular garage. Communication, advice, work was all excellent and I have no complaints at all. I would highly recommend this garage and feel I have found somewhere that can be trusted.

He was a bit rude to be honest, there wasn't any work carried out due to morals of the mechanic, as I was paying for a service, still wasn't done. I think it was disgraceful that I was charged for nothing.

Your booking was a diagnostics inspection you have modified your vehicle with seats that are not compatible with your car I explained this to you when I visited and tried to clear the codes for you. You asked me to disable the airbag system which I refused as this creates a safety issue. You rang me on the 3/2/22 and asked me if I would return and change the wiring and I explained to you that it would be modifying a vehicle beyond factory specifications which would invalidate my insurance I also explained to you that this is why the Renault specialist who fitted the seats would not do the wiring either.
I appreciate that you may feel that you have been charged for something that you feel you have been charged incorrectly, but I have attended your premises and explained the problem which is a diagnostics inspection what you booked unfortunately my insurance is far more important these stipulations are put in place to protect us all if you was to have an accident and your seat airbags was not to deploy and you and your passenger was to get injured you would be making a claim against me and my insurance for poor workmanship but my insurance wouldn’t payout because they stipulate against certain things one of them is modifying a vehicle beyond manufactures specifications this would then mean you would have to claim against me personally and I would never get insured again so unfortunately I will not modify your wiring in your car so you can have seats that was not specified for the vehicle when built
Also we expect to get paid when ever we attend any job just like you expect to get paid when you turn up for work I hope this clears the matter up for you
