Raul was excellent. Was able to attune same day, when he arrived, he trouble shooted the problem systematically and got the root cause. Want bothered about time just about fixing the issue.

Not really as he was not able to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle despite spending the allotted time on it. He was a friendly person and I believe he tried his best but couldn't sort the problem.
