I expected a bit more in terms of the report. Also he took photographs of parts which require replacement .I expected these to be sent to me but this has not happened. Overall I think the service could be better and at £122 for one hours work I think I should have got more for my money. He was a friendly sociable guy but l doubt l would use you again and certainly not recommend you to anyone else.
I used a similar service from another firm some years ago and received a far more comprehensive report certainly not just a ticklist as you have produced.

Hi Edward I'm sorry you have not been satisfied from the overall inspection. You were expecting some photos. Only premium inspections have photos attached to the report. There are 115 points which are checked in the standard inspection. All of which were checked whilst you were there during the inspection. I highlighted faults which are mentioned on the report with regards to oil leaks as well as knocking sounds from the front suspension. Maybe you should consider the premium inspection if you require more services i.e raising the vehicle while the inspection is taking place, Computer Diagnostics check.
