Carried out inspection whilst I wasn’t present. I was able to feed through all my concerns beforehand which he then addressed as part of the review.

The mechanic was very helpful and supportive with my issues and listened to what was happening. When things didn’t go as planned the mechanic was a little out of his depth and he didn’t really understand why things weren’t working. By the morning the car had reset himself and was working fine.

It was a great experience! It helped a lot to have someone who knew what they were doing, especially when we knew nothing. He was very nice, informative, friendly, and he gave us all the details so that we could make an informed decision.
