I am happy with the repair; the car was collected punctually this morning. I would have appreciated a courtesy call to say that the car was on its way back, but it isn't a massive issue. However, the driver had clearly used my car to get their lunch. There was grease on the gear stick and handbrake, as well as spilt salt and a strong smell of fast food. I don't appreciate that. I trust you with my vehicle. I expect you to respect it.

On arrival the driver was very helpful when service completed I spoke to owner and they returned my van in good condition and service completed
