I had to have a gaiter fitted and windscreen washer checked £161 quoted. Car should have been picked on Tuesday this was cancelled and was going to picked up on Wed (i agreed to this to help them out) They cancelled Wed and said they would Thurs,which they did. They phoned Friday morning to say I needed a new pump and said it would cost £124 as they coundn't get from Europart this was a genuine part from SKODA. I needed the car for a trip on Saturday morning,and was told it would be delivered back Friday night. It was cancelled and delivered back on Saturday morning. They phoned on Friday to say they were charging £348 ! How did he arrive at that amount! I am old now so as sharp as I used to be but said I had Ilready paid for labour onwindscreen water pump. He then said ok I will make it £296 I had to agree and he took that amount. I was not happy and spoke to my daughter who works in a fraud department.She was concerned and checked the price of these pumps,the most expensive was £94 for a genuine SKODA PART. She wants to get a mechanic to check the work done and to ensure that the new Skoda part was fitted (they have ID on part) So that it what we will do.Also the 10% discount was not taken off from the new price. If all the work as been done there is nothing else I can do,but if the part, windscreen water pump has not been fitted then we will take this further. Read more

A nightmare from start to finish. Omer rang me at the time my car was meant to be picked up stating that he never had a driver and to rearrange the date, I stated I wpuldnt be in so we agreed to have the car picked up from my workplace. Wednesday comes and I get a call from a driver stating he couldnt find me as Omer had sent him to my home adress. The driver finally turns up to collect my car. The work was done the same day (that I know off) and was happy to have my car back. About a week later i have a letter through the door for a £90 ULEZ fine which was picked up from the mechanics driver. I notified Omer about this and his response was "thats up to the owner of the car to pay. Which I think is the wrong attitude considering I wasnt driving or if I was notified I could have paid alot less but no communication was made. I then raised an issue in the resolution centre with click mechanic in which on more than one ocassion Omer said he would call to sort out, which he didnt. I then escalated the case to ClickMechanic who were also no help and just refered me back to the mechanic. I can honestly say this is the 1st and final time I use ClickMechanic as there customer service is disgusting and once Omer has your money he couldnt care less.
