Perhaps the most important aspect of my experience was the sense of reliability and trust that permeated every interaction, from the picking up of my car (and delivering in a timely manner) to engaging with me on a separate issue which I raised with Omar.

Mot and service carried out. Called at 7.50am to say driver on way, didn't arrive until 10.10am. No further communication throughout the day until driver knocked on door at 3pm car returned and told MOT certificate on front seat.

Bit late picking my car up although I didn't have a problem with that on my vehicle being returned noticed that even though I had a full service surely also meant that washer screen to be topped up as well just saying

I didn't meet the mechanic because the car was taken to the garage on a pickup truck but the whole team were on the ball throughout and I was very impressed with the service. Would most definitely recommend them.

They were good. The car was picked up in the allotted time but could do better with their communication.
