we did call you first thing to confirm collection and we did let you know because the car was not derivable the car will need to be towed in
the tow man called you and explained he had one car to collect then he would be strategist over to you he was told not to warry the car is out side not in a hurry
we also explained to you there is a issue with the gear cable might need replacing but we managed to repair it with out no cost to you
we did finish the car first thing and we will be delivering the car back with no extra cost to you
