I had my van taken in today for an MOT and new injector fitted I had a call from Omar this morning about 8 o’clock so the van will be picked up and taken to Queensway before I knew it the van was back 11.50 very professional very polite on the phone and do anything for you in reason concerning your vehicle I’d recommend these people for any mechanical work done on your car . A week before I tried to take it to Halfords for the same work on the van and all I got was excuses you need to take it to a specialist so they’re not much of a mechanical fitters are they they give the impression they are the best but looks are deceiving. when we hade a chat this morning we spoke about the car not starting and should we bring a booster pack after we agreed it to be a good idea we attended the job to find the car was empty with fuel The driver went out to by the fuel for the car wish was Adequate to start the car and bring it back to the workshop after the service and MOT was done
we rang you to confirm some extra work witch you agreed to we was keeping you informed through out the day even told you there is no need to replace the m o t advisories and its up to your discretion we then gave you the costings of the repair would you agree so we carrying out the replacement of the disks and pads and wiper blades .
you asked me to fill the car with a another £20 pounds of fuel witch i did agree as long as we give you the bill you can give the payment to the driver but you asked to add it to the app unfortunately we can not add fuel to the app Due to the nature of the drivers job not always the same driver can come out to the same job the drivers has no knowledge as to what was carried out on the car We only discussed the repairs with the customer Once the job is completed and shutdown all repairs and costings will be displayed on an email hence why the driver has no knowledge of the repairs once again thank you and regards
