Imran was very professional and communicated with us very well. Even though it was a Sunday, he rang us the day before he was due to inspect the car we were proposing to buy to run through the things he’d be checking & to ascertain whether we had any specific concerns or things we particularly wanted him to check. We received his report immediately after his inspection and this was detailed and very clear to understand. Imran also happily discussed his findings with us over the phone. Excellent service and would not hesitate to use Click Mechanic again in future or recommend them to others.

I was extremely impressed with ClickMechanic and Imran. Considering this was the first time I have had to organise a car repair, the whole experience was completely stress free from the initial enquiry, quote, booking to completion, and I was kept informed at every step. Imran was very professional and easy to talk to. Considering he is used to dealing with high performance cars, and was only changing the battery on my little Mazda2, he took great care in explaining the fitting and aftercare, and even checked oil etc for me. I have no hesitation in recommending Imran, and would definitely want him and his company to deal with my car in the future.

Imran was very professional and knowledgable. Checked over my vehicle before he took it to his garage and explained thoroughly what the repair work would entail. Rang me around 30 minutes before he delivered the vehicle back to me. Went through a few tips and recommendations for my vehicle, including advising to get the NSF tyre replaced asap as the outer wall of the tyre has cracks and advised the vehicle should have a brake fluid service in the near future. Overall I was very impressed with Imran and the service he provided and will definitely be using him again in the future. Thank you. He even returned the vehicle to me fully washed and waxed.
