Imran was fantasitc! He was really quick getting back to me with the report and was so helpful going through it with me. I am not very technically minded but he made everything really easy to understand and went through each issue that arose with the car very clearly. He also gave me some tips on how to proceed with next steps in getting the car. Overall really worth getting the car checked out.

Imran was excellent at communicating with me and prompt with sharing his findings, which sadly weren't good. So my search continues and I was glad I chose to get the car checked prior to purchase. The vendor said Imran was hardworking, personable and helpful. So although I didn't proceed with the purchase it was all very amicable and my deposit was returned. I would definitely use this service again.

Imran was great! He was knowledgeable, trustworthy and went above and beyond to help me make an informed decision on whether or not to buy the car. He found a couple of faults and advised me on the reliability on the engine itself, so i avoided purchasing a faulty vehicle and found a much better one. Thank you!

I do not recommend because of the communication with customer service. Mechanic canceled my booking. The new date could not be determined because of the lack of communication with the service. I wrote an e-mail, wrote an SMS, wrote about a problem in the system, no response. The telephone was either left unanswered or closed. Money is blocked on the account.

Whilst I sympathise with how you must be feeling right now, I must point out the fact that your feedback is in the wrong Message Board.
Clearly, you are upset with the Customer Services Department and the way that they have dealt with your particular booking.
I do not know why they did not get back to you, nor do I know why you had such great difficulty in getting in touch with them either.
What I can say for certain is that I have not been out to visit you, nor have I carried out any work on your vehicle, therefore, it is unfair for you to leave your feedback on this Message Board.
The booking was cancelled because it was agreed for 10:30am to 12:30pm 3 days prior, but an hour before the arrival time, you changed your mind and wanted it changed to 12pm arrival time.
That was not possible, the next job was already booked for 12:30pm to 2:30pm.
That would have left me in a position to have to call 4 other Customers and explain to them that they have no choice but to stay in longer than they expected, because you changed your mind last minute!
I communicated this to you immediately and contacted Customer Services on your behalf, they called you and you gave them your preferred times.
I know this as a fact because you sent me an SMS stating as much.
As to what went wrong after that, that is something that you need to take up with Customer Services.
I do hope you get it cleared up.
