I had a diagnostic job booked for 12, and when in the gym at 11 the guy is texting me that he will be there in 30 mins.
Then the outcome of his diagnostic work was that it may be this, or may be that. It may be a wheel bearing or transfer box. Well I already knew that. The advise was to change 2x wheel bearings as one of them may be faulty or not and then transfer box. A joke.
Then I was told that I will receive an email to say what is wrong with the car so I can show it in a garage and repair it. I haven't received anything. After a day or two I've sent the guy a message asking about that email.
Nothing. Silence.
I could take that money and give it to the poor. I will never use this service again. Avoid at all cost.

Thank you for your review. Your job was a diagnostic and that exactly what we did . We diagnosed you had a fault with the wheel bearing and transfer box . The noise coming from the vehicle was very difficult to pin point . The paperwork will be sent in due course. As you can see we have many happy customers and always strive to give the best possible service .
