James was punctual and carried out the work in the time scale allocated. he is friendly has a good knowledge of his trade. I would employ him for any future work requirements.

Jim was very helpful and friendly talked me through everything that was getting done to my car I would highly recommend jim to every one.

Jim actually ended up coming a day early to complete the work. I was not about, but we arranged the safe collection of keys. Jim stayed in touch and informed me when the work was done. I was then able to call him to ask about the completed work. All in all, a seamless process.
