He arrived after the scheduled time slot. Don't remember them apologising for lateness nor giving reason for their lateness. Had to request for report to be sent to me. The cost of report seems unreasonable in light of what was actually undertaken. My bank as also requested for another report to be undertaken. Very disappointed and not impressed.

Very happy with the work Kami did - pre purchase inspection for a Toyota. Sadly due to issues found i decided against buying, but I felt confident in Kami's expertise, he explained the findings of the inspection clearly, photos included in the report including clear photos showing evidence of any issues that were found, and I feel that it saved me a lot of money and hassle that could have come up from hidden problems if I had not had the inspection.

Car fixed, cost less than initially thought, how can I be happier. Also Kami is the nicest man, a real pleasure to talk with.

Clearly communicated any advisory’s and bargaining points, throughly checked the car over for imperfections. Even continued his service after I decide to purchase the vehicle by helping me locate the nearest tyre shop due one of the tyre walls being damaged. Genuine care for his customers down to earth guy.

Mechanic contacted me a couple of hours after the inspection gave me a clear view of findings and then report was produced that evening. The vehicle matched the assessment when purchased
