Kami was amazing. He called to let me know he was on the way and arrived at the agreed time. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for more.

Tried make contact before the car check didnt answer call I had to text and he answered by text 40 mins into the check. Never got a call after the check I had to text but no answer. Then I called 1 hour 30 mins after the inspection no answer then he called back. I have used the service before and I usually get a call after the inspection. Very disappointing as I was wait on his inspection to buy the car.

Even though Kami had to reschedule the time he communicated the same to the seller. Called me straight after the inspection to discuss his findings and sent me the report in the evening with the detailed photos and more information.

Good communication after the check and talked through the issues that were flagged with me.

Kami was great - he arrived early and got straight on with the diagnostics. Explained the problem and and how much it would cost to fix and then came back the same day to do the job.

Does a premium inspection that’s meant to last 2-3 hours within an hour. Says he drove the car and there was an issue, turns out he never did and the issue wasn’t even there. I mean how would you know when you do a minute test drive I guess. Gets caught up in his lies but obviously doesn’t care since he received his money.

Wouldn’t waste my time with this mechanic. Does half a job and most of the stuff he puts on the report he just gave a tick without even checking. Marks down bodywork and paint issues but doesn’t take the photos on the report and can’t even recall where this was. Keeps changing his stories when being confronted.

You definitely don’t get what you pay for and I will take this further. Stay well away! Read more
