Terribly let down by Kami. I paid for a diagnostic which I was informed by Kami I didn’t need one as he knew exactly what was wrong. Subsequently he couldn’t do it for it would cause damage. Hence didn’t turn up. No call no text no messages. After waiting in all morning. No refund as yet. Bad experience with this company. Terribly let down.

I was not there when Kami did the new vehicle check for me, however I texted him the evening before and he promptly replied. He called me straight after the inception to confirm his findings and was polite to speak to on the phone. A good point was I had to change the booking and he was happy to attend the very next day.
Only issue was he was due to arrive between 10 - 12pm but didn't arrive until 12.40pm. I wouldn't have been bothered if Kami had just given a call to advise he was running late, this would make for better customer service.
Apart from that I am really happy with the service provided, people at call Centre are really helpful, Kami did a good job and I will defiantly be booking my MOT with you when needed.
