James went the extra mile for me, understanding what my issues where and gathered the information i needed to be able to get my issue resolved. James was prompt and very professional in his manner.

He arrived 10 minutes later and got to work straight away trying to identify the problem. His approach to the task was logical, and I could understand what he was doing.
I found James to be friendly, very professional and knowledgeable, and he was able to answer any questions I had with confidence. I would be happy to use James' services again in future.

My door lock fault (Door locked shut) presented to much of a problem for several other mechanics but James had it all sorted within hours and no damage to my (£700.00) door panel.
I can't recommend James and ClickMechanic enough for the speedy service they have provided, I felt reassured from the first phone call that this fault wasn't going to be a problem.

Such a nice guy, was happy to explain what he was doing and why and talk about his experience with car repairs. I know nothing about cars and I had been told I needed work by another mechanic that is not needed and he confirmed this for me. Totally made me feel like I could trust him and honestly not a negative thing I could say!
