James was excellent from start to finish. He sent a text when he was on his way to my home, and explained what would be happening before he started the cam belt replacement. He also offered other advice about my car including an early warning about the rattle from the dual mass flywheel. James was also positive about ClickMechanic as a company, which further instilled confidence as I had not used them before. After this I would have no hesitation in recommending James and ClickMechanic to anyone.

Volvo V70 Fuel filter replacement

I know very little about the mechanics of cars and nothing about fuel filters and my local garage had been reluctant to change it for fear of damaging the housing, which is why I called out ClickMechanic.
James was personable, kept me briefed on when he would be arriving and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He fitted the filter in a very short time.
So five stars all round from me.
