Brilliant service, vast improvement on previous company used, will def be using again

The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. They worked around me being at work and communicated well so I knew exactly what was going on. They made sorting my MOT very easy.

Absolutely brilliant service, they identified the problem with my brakes and offered a competitive price for the fix. All sorted very quickly. Will be using these guys for all future car issues and servicing

What can I say, my entire experience with this mechanic has been horrendous from start to finish.... But what mention first? the complete lack of communication, the five days waiting for the car to be collected, the three week wait for the simple clutch issue to be fixed, or the seemingly endless excuses that were trotted out in order to explain the delays. Given what they told us they must be the unluckiest people to ever exist! The most hilarious(!) one was when they lost a mechanic for an entire day, or when the car was on the the ramp every time we rang (daily) for an enrire week. All in all I would not only never recommend this garage, I would tell people to actively avoid them and run screaming as far as possible in the opposite direction. Work was done within a week and happy with the work. Pick up and drop off of car very helpful. Nice to have car valeted.
