Overall a friendly, helpful team. I can't find fault with the work done and the car seems to be running well. My slight criticism was the time it took to do the job, but to be fair when I chased (because I needed the car back for a family trip), they did have it finished by first thing the next morning and dropped it back off for me. I would recommend New Platt Motors.

The mechanic didn't turn up on the day and the garage weren't particularly bothered about it. Clickmechanic then actually booked the same garage the next day despite telling me they'd suspended them from the site. The repair was inadequate and nearly caused a serious incident on the M6. No useful support from the site. Mechanic took car away and can't find anything wrong. For that, read, fixed the problem but not admitting liability. The site is a great idea but is only as good as the garages they utilise.

Great job. Car was collected on time and was taken to garage for a major service. Small part was needed which was ordered and job completed before car was returned to us. Returned lovely and clean! Good communication at all times. Thanks

The repair is good but
1. The cost was £50 more than quoted
2. The handbrake was not adjusted properly.
