Tony was very good. I liked his explanation and recommendation. He could not fix the problem but explained the problem and what needed to be done. He also highlighted another problem that I was not aware of that needed immediate attention. I liked his expertise and knowledge.

Antony was very friendly and explained to me in detail what he was going to be doing, what the problem was once he'd completed the diagnostic check, and also what I needed to do going forward.

Before I give the review can I say that the Mechanic Joe was lovely and carried out the work efficiently and speedily but I have to point out that I was given a time slot of 8am-10am and I paid an extra £10 for a next day appointment. At 10.15am I did ring the Mechanics and was informed they were busy and would be leaving and arrive within 30mins. 11am I received a phone call to say they were delayed at another job and did I want to reschedule. Hubby said no and we would wait. 1pm a text arrived to say that he was on his way and would be here within 30mins. They arrived promptly and cleared a blockage in my screenwash pipe and were done and dusted in 10mins.

Chris was fab turned up early ... sorted my issues, gave advice if it was to happen again along with options. Explained everything to me in a way I could understand.

Very quick and a reasonable in price.
