JOSEPH and his assistant were great especially attending on a bank holiday to remove the defective part and returning next day to fit the replacement.

Very happy with the service. Paid for something to be done, but the mechanic was able to diagnose the actual issue and instead of charging me for something that was not needed, advised me on the solution to what was needed. Thanks alot.

Joseph did a superb job. I was in two minds whether to get a survey done, and thank heavens I did! The car turned out to be an unrecorded salvage lot - he even found the residue of the windscreen sticker from the salvage auction. It had been severely damaged and repaired on the cheap - without a survey, my daughter could have been driving it! Long story short, if you are offered a 2013 VW Tiguan by a Romanian couple in Ferndown, give it a wide berth!!
