Joe did an excellent job, he was really quick to accept and carried out the inspection the same day. He communicated with both myself and the seller which kept everyone up to date and happy. He talked me though key points once the inspection was complete so I could make an informed decision when purchasing the vehicle.

Joe was very good, thorough and knowledgeable. The inspection showed several things that weren't evident from the autotrader add and saved me from buying a vehicle that I wouldn't have been happy with. As a Northern Ireland Resident, it also saved me a wasted trip to Dorset. Well worth doing for any purchase (unless you're a mechanic). If the seller isn't happy to let you inspect, then you probably shouldn't be buying it. I would also recommend this type of inspection because when I used AA in the past, they were heavily restricted from giving honest feedback for fear of being sued and just said "commensurate with the age and mileage of the vehicle" in most cases, whereas Joe was able to tell you more and just be more open about the vehicle condition.

Joseph and his colleague were very friendly and professional, rang to say they were free and could come earlier if that suited and were quickly able to diagnose the problem and confirmed what the options were - sadly in this case the vehicle was not economical to repair, but I was very pleased with the service they provided and how quickly I had the information I needed.
