Joseph was brilliant! Very punctual and kept me appraised of what was happening with the service and other items, that while not essential at the time, would need addressing in the very near future. Consequently I asked for them to be performed and he squeezed me in. On top of this I realised that the MOT would soon expire and again, he managed to squeeze the car in and completed the MOT and other items within 36 hours! You could not ask for better customer service! I will definitely use Joseph again and would recommend him to anyone!
