Joseph was great. Excellent communication from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and very thorough. Sent loads of pictures of the car and went through the full inspection with me on the phone afterwards. On his recommendation I was confident this particular car wasn't for me. Cannot recommend him highly enough. He even said to me to keep his no and phone him for advice on any other cars. First class.

Very friendly and knowledgeable, as the car turned out to be good condition it really bolstered my confidence in buying the vehicle. As the vehicle is 4 hours drive away and I can't make it for a test drive, this is a really good way to build confidence.

Joe was great, he got my car running again and gave me advice on how to try to prevent future problems.

Joseph was great- he rang me straight after carrying out a vehicle inspection on a car I had arranged to buy- he mentioned several minor issues and suggested the car could benefit from a new oil filter too.
I then contacted the dealer as a consequence and he agreed to fix all of these issues and do a new oil filter for me before I collect the car at no extra cost to me.
Money very well spent! I have peace of mind that I am buying a sound vehicle and Joseph saved me a few pounds in sorting out these very minor issues.
