Joseph was fantastic throughout the whole process of our pre vehicle Maserati inspection. His communication was clear and timely. Everything was done around my busy work schedule and the quality of the premium inspection was more than I expected. I received a summary of the inspection as well as comprehensive pictures of the vehicle that was being inspected. I would highly recommend Joseph and hope to use him again in the future. Don't buy a car without getting it inspected!

Jo did a pre purchase inspection for me on an Audi A4, The car was over 150 miles away so difficult to go and view so we choose the pre inspection. Communication was fantastic throughout the whole process with a full and in-depth review of the car which made our mind up to then go and purchase it.

What an incredibly exceptional service I received from Joseph.
I don’t often find time to write a review but in this instance I had to communicate my sincere gratitude.
Joseph was assigned my very very last minute inspection job on a car at a dealers in Southampton.
I missed the morning slot at 10am so booked for 12pm. I was due to view the car between 12-1pm. A last minute panic resulted in me booking this inspection.
Joseph rang me and was so accommodating - he dropped what he was doing, rang the dealers for me to ensure he could see the car and get it up on ramps. He squeezed my job in before he had another job elsewhere , so I wouldn’t be held up viewing the car if I still wanted to do the hour journey to get there - and he seemingly did all this to help me out.
His communication and his manner were amazing and this type of person is an absolute rare gem in life.
He went above and beyond - and some.
