I could have saved some money from the used car I bought. I paid for a premium check and the mechanic nevwr noticed the one of the folding mirrors was not working. When I realised it was too late. Good communication but not happy.

Joe And Matt changed the EGR valve that showed up as faulty on the diagnostics. This replacement revealed that the vacuum hose needed replacing due to having a split in it. They returned the following day and fitted the new vacuum hose which required removal of the inlet manifold and injector rail for access. The engine was started up but ran very badly. After further investigation they found that the new EGR valve had failed! A new replacement was sourced locally and fitted and the problem was solved. All of this extended their original time estimate but they did not charge for their extra time. I was kept in the information loop at all times as to what was happening. Read more

The team who came were excellent. Exactly on time and very informative and friendly. They solved the problem with the vehicle and offered clear explanation of the fault. I highly reccommend this service.
