I did expect Joe & was surprised when Matt & his mate turned up. He was very friendly but came up with an incorrect diagnosis. As the key is working perfectly. We still don’t know why the starting problem persists.

Friendly and efficient, with great comms. Managed to do the work a day early. There was an issue with a warning light afterwards, but Joe arranged for this to be sorted quickly (within hours) once fault was identified.
