Omar was fantastic. We booked him for a pre purchase inspection & he rang the evening we booked (it was a Sunday so we weren't expecting anything until Monday at the very earliest!) as a courtesy call to say he was going in the next day at 1pm. He then rang pretty much straight away after having seen the car to let us know his thoughts, and sent through the report very promptly. We were so impressed with the speed and ease of booking this, and Omar was friendly and professional throughout.

Omar was great. After making my booking through the website he called me up to introduce himself and we had a chat around the car I was looking to buy. I explained that it was a CAT S and I was worried about the structural integrity of the chassis and he put my mind at rest. I also live 70 miles away from the vehicle I was looking to buy so having a discussion gave me peace of mind.
Once he had looked over the car he gave me a verbal report that was honest and informative. He didnt seem to sugarcoat anything or influence my decision. He also gave me some information on the sellers misfortune of getting messed about in the past which could play into my favour when haggling. He then sent me a detailed written report along with photos of particular points of interest.
Overall he was ideal for the task at hand and I now feel confident to continue with the purchase. Money well spent which could have potentially saved me thousands down the road.

Omar was first class, he called me before the appointment to say he was coming and even managed to get the inspection in the same day which was preferred. Truly excellent service and would highly recommend both Omar and ClickMechanic again for Car Inspections. Omar was fantastic, he was polite, punctual, called prior to the appointment and again once he was finished. He talked me through everything, answered all my questions in a friendly manner and was very helpful.
