Omar was fantastic, he was on time and made contact prior to the insoection to get some more details. Omar completed a thorough inspection of the vehicle and provided a verbal summary as soon as he was finished, later that day Omar provided the detailed report with pictures.

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with this process. I've been looking at a car a long way from home and due the the circumstances wanted to get it checked over. I shopped around and these guys seemed the best value. Within an hour of putting in the booking the mechanic Omar called to confirm he could do the inspection the next day. I made the booking in the evening after hours so to get an appoint for the next morning was very impressive. Omar was friendly, professional and efficient and put my mind at rest. He told me what, when and how things were going happen. He turned up on time, did the inspection and phoned me personally with his findings along with emailing the full report. Omar said that the car was all good and his report was also positive. I bought the car on this basis. The following day the car failed an MOT because the bakes and discs were worn. The MOT failure stated that they were dangerous defects.

This is not what I expected. The mechanic and Company now refuses to refund my inspection fee and will not repair the defect. A negligent mechanic and poor Company. Don't use them.

Omar was amazing! Very helpful and his communication was superb he called me back if he missed a call for me. I wasnt there for the inspection but called me up sooner than i thought to explain how my bmw 320d did and he was very thorough with explaining what was up and answered all my questions.
