Comms and punctuality really good - was able to communicate with Chris on the day to advise I'd be home shortly after my appointment slot which wasn't a problem for him.
On arrival quick conversation to confirm the work and then he and his colleague cracked on and was all done within an hour.
I can seriously see me never going to a garage again. Price was very competitive and the convenience of having the work done on my own drive can't be understated.
Car is once again, driving like a dream.

Be very careful if you choose to deal with this company.
The mechanic didn't make the first appointment, so I rescheduled for 2 days later.
He said the job couldn't be done at my house, even though with the information he had he was fully aware of whet was required.
He left not having removed a single nut and I was charged the full price for the repair!
I am currently fighting to get a refund

We already agreed a refund with click mechanic its their charges plus a callout fee youve paid not full price so your vindictive lies are untrue.
You were made aware of delay in calling out to you and agreed it was not a problem but all of a sudden because you have to "PAY MONEY" for work which you expected for free, its an issue, surprise surprise.
The work could not be completed outside your home by a mobile mechanic because of safety issues and the condition of your property made it unsafe so we recommended we pickup your car "free of charge" and repair at our well equiped garage to which you agreed and advised you'd contact us with your availibility, and guess what, not even a courtesy call to say you'd taken car to another garage, not a mobile mechanic, so we were correct it was not safe to complete work mobile outside your property for numerous reasons.
A REAR SPRING ON A VW PASSAT - LOOK UP ON YOUR YOU TUBE WHATS INVOLVED IN THIS REPAIR BEFORE LISTENING TO PEOPLE LIKE THIS WHOM ARE SOLELY UPSET BECAUSE HE PAID SOMEONE ELSE AND HAD TO PAY JCC AUTO MECHANICS ALSO FOR OUR CALLOUT WHICH WE DISCOUNTED.
