Yes I'm happy with the work they carried out my only issue was i asked for extra work to be carried out and was charged for labour again. So I paid twice for labour. My job through click mechanic was rear discs and pads which totalled £170.21. Which included about £67 of labour. Then the extra work I asked for was the front 2 pads which cost £83 in total Which incuded £48.50 labour. RHK should've charged 1 labour charge. Therefore I paid £116 worth of labour.

I had a call to ask me if I could move my original booking from 12 PM to 9 AM, which I agreed to. My car (major service) was ready at 1 PM, but as I had my frond pads replaced, the delivery was done hours later.

4 stars on punctuality job was booked for collection between 10 am and 12 noon the driver was on site at 10:20am. late?..
Steering moving when applying the brakes has no direct correlation with replacement of discs and pads. From our brief conversation today you suggested "i though it may fix the problem" i am only assuming that this was your own prognosis as we did not diagnose your vehicle nor were we informed prior.
we were given a set of instructions "job card" was raised to replace the brakes and discs from their condition they were well over due for replacement.
We are happy to assist in performing diagnostics and offer our formal advise on what is causing this issue please feel free to get in touch.
